Pinebrook is located south of Moran Rd. and west of the Blue Lake Springs subdivision. The area is known for its beautiful dogwoods in the spring and the wonderful colors of the maple and oak trees in the fall. It is a quiet area with heavily wooded lots. The homeowner's dues include the use of an RV parking area with hook ups, a baseball field and a creek side picnic area. The great Pinebrook Lake, sandy beach and playground are especially popular with the kids.
